LED UV litho prints with light, not heat, so the ink dries instantly.
That light-cured finish gives you sharper detail and richer colour, with especially striking results on uncoated papers because dot gain is drastically reduced. It's quality you can see and feel, the kind that makes your brand look as good as it is.
Why choose LED UV litho print?
Because it pairs superior quality with genuine sustainability, a combination most printers can't offer. Our LED UV press is built for large-volume runs: think HD versus standard definition. You stand out from competitors with a striking finish and a more eco-friendly process, from one of the top 1% of UK printers able to deliver Carbon Balanced Print.
How it works
Step 1
UV curing ditches heat and uses light to dry the ink instead.
Step 2
Instant drying means no waiting and no anti-set-off powder spray, which can leave blemishes and markings
Step 3
The ink sits on the surface rather than soaking in, so your colours look sharper and more vivid.
Step 4
The press switches on and off instantly, cutting standby energy between jobs and lowering CO2. We recycle every plate we use, too.
Step 5
Your finished project arrives sooner than expected, and you'll be delighted with the result.

"The equipment and processes used by B&B Press meant that we could use the paper we wanted but lost none of the vibrancy of the artwork. The finish is superb and met all our expectations. And more importantly, our readership love it and I’m getting some really good feedback."
RNCM
LED UV litho is at its most brilliant on uncoated stock, the tactile matte paper marketers love.
It's the combination that stops people in their tracks: print they pause to appreciate, by design and by feel, so your message truly lands. Those are the moments you want to create for your brand, and they're exactly what we're built to deliver.

Always prepare artwork in CMYK for the best print results. We send you a proof so you can check any colour conversions before we print.
- What format should I supply my artwork and how should it be set up?
Supply a high-resolution, print-ready PDF with crop marks and bleed. If you cannot, an InDesign file is the next best option. PowerPoint, Word and similar are not recommended for high-quality publications. Our Artwork Guidance page can help.
