Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (including overtime, bonus, and other benefits)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Wide Format Print Operator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our wide format printing operations run smoothly and that all printed materials meet the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be hands-on, quality-conscious, and ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Equipment: Operate and maintain wide format printing equipment, including our new Colorado M-Series press, ensuring all jobs are completed to the highest standards.
• Production: Handle the production of various printed materials such as posters, banners, pop-up displays, banner stands, floor graphics, and window graphics.
• Quality Control: Monitor and assess the quality of printed materials, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal print results.
• Support Operations: Assist in other areas of the print department during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in wide format printing, with expertise in producing a range of large-scale print products.
• Technical Skills: Experience with digital cutting machines and wide-format finishing equipment is highly advantageous.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, with the ability to produce high-calibre work under tight deadlines.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player: Energetic and willing to support colleagues across the department, especially during peak times.
